Description

This is the month when the 'Cabezudos' or Giant Heads take over the city of Barcelona. The figures parade through the centre of the city in the cathedral district.

All over Barcelona, fountains are decorated with beautiful floral displays as "dancing eggs" or L'ou com Balla are placed in the centre of the fountains and seem to dance magically in the air.
